We are going to run our couch to 5km in conjunction with Ireland Lights up and also Healthy Clubs step challenge.
Don't miss the opportunity to connect with your community and come together for a chance of winning 1 of 3 *€2,500 donations towards club funding up for grabs.
The challenge starts January 7th and ends at midnight on 11th February.
The goal of this challenge is to collectively hit 4,000 Km for your club and be entered into the provincial draw.
The more participants on your team, the quicker you'll hit your target, so make sure to get everyone on board as every step really does count!
You can also take part in the Healthy Club Steps challenge by walking in your own time if the Couch to 5k isn't suitable for you.
