Dear Members,
I hope this message finds you all well. As you will probably all know by now our major fundraiser is happening in two weeks’ time.
We want to thank you all for your continuous support over the last number of months with our fundraising campaign.
In order to get the Clubroom development completed we need this event to be a huge success. Our fundraiser ‘Quid Game’ is taking place on 5th October in the Fairways hotel at 8 p.m.

We have 50 eager and willing contestants battling it out to win €10,000 (5,000 for themselves & 5,000 for their chosen charity) on the night.
We are extremely grateful to all these contestants who have put themselves forward to take part and to raise vital funds for your club and their charities.
Our final request of our members is to ask you all if you can to reach out to contacts which you may have i.e. Business owners, suppliers, friends and family who may be able to donate in some way i.e. sponsorship, donate raffle prizes on the night etc.
I have attached a letter containing sponsorship package information which may be of assistance when reaching out to your contacts.
All sponsorship and donations will be recognised and acknowledged through the clubs social media pages and on the night.
The clubroom development is for the Kilkerley Emmets current and future players and will be of massive benefit to the wider community when it is completed.
Your assistance in any way possible is greatly appreciated.
